Coal ebon frame beat across the lands, was she a threat? Yes. Maybe not in some souls eyes. Considering her breed, she wasn't as tall as she could be but she wasn't small either. Poetic Sorrow stood at 15.2 hands high, one of the smaller arabians. But you couldn't judge her by her height, she had more to her then meets the eye. Poetic Sorrow was no light-dweller, despite certain points of her outward physical attributes. It would be a lie to say she was as dark as they come because that would be giving too much praise to the forces of darkness and shadow. However, she was most certainly not one of the lightened alignment. Her heart, which some believed to be non-existent, has been covered by a frosted layer for all of her short life which nothing had yet managed to penetrate - not that Poetic Sorrow has made an effort to aid the cause. She feared nothing – not pain, loneliness nor death. However, she was a strong believer in fate and believed that everything happens for a reason, even the fact that she was not destined to live a trouble-free and joy-filled life as others before her have. But that doesn’t really bother her. Who in their right mind would want one anyway? Constant bliss and happiness got rather predictable after a while.
She wasn't one to take crap from anyone, no matter who you where. Annoy her and you asking for it. Though she usually had smart remarks it didn't mean she couldn't be happy at some points. All darks, whether they admit it or not had some light in them, unfortunately for them. And all lights had dark sides. Or so it seemed. Though most arabians where ones to look for if you wanted someone with a sweet disposition, she thought it was rubbish. Tresses and war flag flew in the wind like a kite. She hated it as much as she hated snow, it made her feel glossy, one of the feelings she hated above all others. Though it wasn't the top one. She flew over a log with ease and landed smoothly on the other side. She dashed across the river and finally came to a halt in the middle of a meadow. She wouldnt call out like a pathetic light, desperate for someone to talk to. In her opinion they would meet their end soon, so she could wait, she had a lifetime.

Deldrons mighty daggers pierced the ground as he made his way around the area spotting a dark volcanoe he assumed it a place for where very lights would dare enter but you never know with them there so stupid. Deldrons soul was as black as his exterior staining maybe even darker. for he was kind... normally.. to other darks but his hatred for lights was soo deep more than some darks. close to the volcanoe his orbs caught glimps of a smaller vixen she better not be a light deldron said to himself he was in the mood for the screams of a light right now picking up his daggers now he was at the fastest he could go one he reached right in front of the mare he lifted his pillars right in front of her You better hope your up to fight because i show no sympathy to lights but even with a fight prepare to die he said angerly still standing on his two back legs ready to strike deldron was the one to talk without thinking... or something on thoes lines

Watch the world go round and round, always spinning like a carousel. Life has it's ups, an' life has it's downs.. Ever noticed that? Life is just like a giant carousel, each and every living thing are the horses that are continuously spinning and going through life's ups and downs. For some, however, the carousel is busted and they'll always remain flat on their rumps for the blessed day that Father Death shall finally rest his hand upon their shoulder. Wouldn't it be just plain grand to live a life like that? No, not really-but some are cursed to live that way and they don't have a say in it. So,what do you do? Build a bridge an' get over it, play the hand you're dealt, and just ride the carousel, baby! Of course, there are those carousel horses who aren't necessarily broken and stay down on the ground-let's not forget those who are just split and spend more time down than they do up. Ravens and crows, for instance, may be optimistic fowl-but human imagery casts them as messengers for death and dark times. So be it, they're living their lives and playing the cards they were dealt. Just like her. She flickered her gaze to the stag that stood before her, looking so proud as he did. She didn't reply right away but took her time before speaking in even tones I quiver with fear she replied not giving way. She bowed down to no one. She had a mind of her own and she could very well think for herself and didn't need some stallion or anyone else to do that thinking for her, thank you but she was quite capable of it. She had done it all her life. She hadn't even listened to her parents, what made anyone else think she would listen to them? If that's what they thought they may want to think twice because she took crap from no one. Gaze was hard as she watched him, no emotion showing her her orbs. One of the darkened alliance? Oh yes.

She rolled her orbs You assume im light. newsflash. I'm not, nor am I a poser she retorted. It was the darker lands where you could go. What did he take her for, an idiot? Not really seeing as she hated posers and here was where you often found them. Her mother had been a prisoner in her fathers land. Force bred, and that's how Sorrow came into the world. He mother was set free with Sorrow but half a year later they invaded and took her back to Sorrows great enjoyment. She had never been like the light foals. Always frolicking and playing. No she had been more of a loner, more a rebel then anything else. So when he took her in it was a good thing in Sorrows case. She was trained by her father himself. Every time they went into battle, even after the great war between the two herds Sorrow came out unscratched. Why? Because she had been taught well. And she had her father to thank for that. Now she hardly listened to him but she did do the simple commands, he knew himself she was difficult, usually left her alone. She was his heiress so she had it easy. But it wasn't the ideal life for her. So she left, he really didn't have any idea where she went because she left without notice but he didn't need her, he had so many others. And that's how she came here. There was so much more to it but that was her history in a nutshell. Did anyone know of it? No not really. Sorrow shifted her weight, watching the other soul in front of her. She had all the time in the world. She had no patience for small talk, never had liked it. She preferred just getting right to the point.

She almost seemed to be looking right through him, right into his soul. Auds gave a slight flick. Positions had never really mattered to her. Such was the life of a dark, she never thought much about it. She took her time replying again. No she didn't believe she was anything, just her normal self, not taking commands from anyone. Kissers parted as she spoke I'm trying to see if i can magically turn into a butterfly she said sarcastically before going on I'm here for no real purpose but to see what I should do This wasn't giving in though. Oh no this was her way of accepting but not giving in and throwing away her freedom. As she stated clearly by attitude, she did not take crap from anyone, whether it be king of darks of not, she didn't give a d**n. That's how she was and no one was going to change that. one would hardly notice her change in attitude unless they knew her very, very well. she wouldnt live up to anyone's standards but her own. Which were simple, be herself. And that's what she always did. Didn't change how she was for anyone, no she stayed the same. And in time maybe some would finally figure it out. Some might use their brains for something other then to fill the space in their heads, it might get through their thick skulls. Because she was tired of making statements to countless others. She could die a thousand deaths and yet no one was worth her one last breath. Why? Because there was none she actually loved. No one and gotten through to the heart, some even said it was non existent. Some said it was covered with a thick layer of ice. Everyone had their own opinion n everything. She spoke her mind, which in somes case was not always a good thing. Actually it was almost always not a good thing.

Obviously, every dark should know by now she retorted, watching him. Will I ever know the answers? Will I ever know what my true purpose in these lands is? Will I ever be sure? Probably not that was the surprise of life, not knowing what was going to happen next. As she watched the stallion o sign of what she was thinking etche don her features. No sign of emotion or anything, she was keeping a straight face, and she was d**n good at it too. A twisted mind, hers and his alike. If they ever plotted together, look out victim or victims. For it surely wouldnt be good. She lifted her dial slightly higher, meeting his eyes, still taller but that didn't doubt the strength she carried. She could care less, she knew what power she possessed, as far as she was concerned that was all that mattered. She wasn't trying to please him, he could go screw himself. Now Poetic Sorrow was a strong believer in fate, she believed everything happened for a reason. That was the little light side in her head comming out. A voice which was rarely heard deep within her. she watched him for his reply, no annoyance, anger or really anything shown on her features. She often showed no emotion though she felt them deep inside, somewhere.

Dagger galloped in, "I know. I HATE THOSE DARN LIGHTS!!!!!" He reared up wanting to kill the lights. Then a mare walked in after him. "I overheard you. You want to kill off the lights huh?" She was beautifull, and single to. She was a dun mare.

Poetic Sorrow looke at him boredly Oh big shocker there, ill get a camera she said in sarcastic tones. Dont surprise us and say something intelligent, or maybe use your rbain for something other then to fill the space in your head she added. Oh he was so very 'frighteening' she was quivering. Not. He was about as scary as a fluffy rabbit. Sorrowwas no light-dweller, despite certain points of her outward physical attributes. It would be a lie to say she was as dark as they come because that would be giving too much praise to the forces of darkness and shadow. So she had an odd personality, learn to live with it.

Dagger's eyes filled with fire. "YOU!!!! YOU UNWORTHY DARK!" he yelled shooting out his pillar to hit Poetic Sorrow. Then he flipped around to the dun mare. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE FLASH?!" He hated Flash. Flash was a light. Flash, the dun mare rolled her eyes. "Oh, Dagger. I didn't expect to see you here!" She gave him an angered look, she had hate in her eyes and fire in her soul.

She walked a circle around him, amusement in her orbs. Temper, temper. Look who's talking I don't have a light trailing me she mused aloud. He called her light? Yea right. He had no idea who she was. She smirked, very amusing for her to see him like this. It was entertainment she had searched for. He would probably say he couldn't help the light following him, but oh he could. She certainly wouldnt have one following her, blood would be shed quickly. She was staying very calm. Which was what any dark would do. Why get worked up about words? They meant little to her. Actions could speak louder then words. Poetic Sorrow dodged his attack. Before you try it again, think twice she added seeming very unconcerned he tried to attack her. She had more darkness in one foot then he had in his whole body. He was like a fish out of water, or a cat in water. Amusing to watch. Very well. She would have her fun. He put himself in the spotlight. Moonlight made her coat glisten. True. She could be considered a rather attractive mare, but she wasn't in her own eyes. And she could care less. What did it matter? Nothing. And t was clear he was having fun with his anger, using it to her advantage. She was clever oh yes. No doubt about that. You needed within battle, she had gained that.

Flash laughed. "Oh, I just came to tease you Dagger." She joked. Flash was a light and was very strong. Dagger spun around to see Sorrow. "YOU LIGHT!" He said leaping on him.
